Not Completely satisfied with your purchase?? No worries we have a hassle free return policy here at AdrenalineWorld.com

AdrenalineWorld.com stands behind all products we sell and wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within the first 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange. Refunds will be applied to your original form of payment, less any shipping fees.

If the return is an error on our part, we will gladly pay for the return shipping and provide you with a shipping label. On all other returns, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. All items should be returned in the ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER packaging, and in NEW condition.

All returns of SKU's beginning with KR that are not damaged or defective will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. All other items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

All Oakley, Scott, and SKU's that start with JB and QBP can take 5-7 business days to process and ship out of our warehouse. Cancellation of these SKU's prior to the 5-7 business day timeline will result in a 20% restocking fee.   

**Exception- AdrenalineWorld.com will not accept returns for ANY electronic items, chemicals or liquids.

Changes and Inaccuracies

Adrenaline World constantly makes improvements to our website and we are always striving to get the most accurate product information including item details, price and images. Sometimes we do get inaccurate information from manufacturers. If you are buying something on our website and are concerned the description could be inaccurate, please contact us before making your purchase. Prices are subject to change. Once your order is placed, there are no refunds or reimbursements if prices do change after you have placed your order. AW is not responsible for typographical, technical or descriptive errors.
