In order to provide you with steep discounts you find on our site, shipping times may take longer than some of our competitors. Bear with us and we promise you’ll be glad you saved the extra coin.

How it works:

We’ve worked with our vendors to slash prices by sending orders in batches to our central warehouse in Texas . From there we review all orders for quality control and send them off to your doorstep so you can get off to your next adventure.

Keep a look out as we occasionally even throw in some free swag so you can look gnarly when shredding down a mountain.


Here at Adrenaline World...we have 35 warehouses to ensure that you get your package as quickly as possible.

All Oakley and SKU's that start with JB or B can take 5-7 business days to process and ship out of our warehouse. Cancellation of these SKU's prior to the 5-7 business day timeline will result in a 20% restocking fee. ** PLEASE NOTE ** There are no guarantees on cancellation requests. Once the process has begun, cancellation will no longer be honored.

Most items ship within 2-3 business days! At this time, we only offer Ground Shipping.

Bikes have a lead time of 4-5 business days as assembly is required prior to shipping.


You will be sent an order confirmation email once the item ships with the carrier and tracking number.

All orders are sent during business days which is Monday thru Friday. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. If you order during the weekend your order will be processed on Monday.

Most items are sent through Fedex, UPS, and USPS. If your item is oversized it will have to go freight which will take longer then normal ground.

Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately. We can start a damage claim on the part and re-ship the item to you once the claim closes. Please begin this process by going to www.adrenalineworld.com/returns.

Please be advised that all emails sent have a 24-48 business hour reply timeline. We have thousands of customers and strive very hard to answer your email quickly, but sometimes it does take a little more time :-)

Changes and Inaccuracies

Adrenaline World constantly makes improvements to our website and we are always striving to get the most accurate product information including item details, price and images. Sometimes we do get inaccurate information from manufacturers. If you are buying something on our website and are concerned the description could be inaccurate, please contact the manufacturer or us before making your purchase. Prices are subject to change. Once your order is placed, there are no refunds, adjustments, or reimbursements if prices do change after you have placed your order.
